When you catch them at reduced price, it gives me a 'warm and fuzzy' to snag 3 of them for like $3 each. Take home and freeze. Most underrated pizza out there.

I don't know about that location but I know at our store Valentines day is one of the busiest of the year.
I can't say we've ever been backed up for 3 hours but I have had to tell people 2 hours before due to a staffing shortage.
It is very likely that they were short-handed and swamped. That pretty much guarantees a shitty shift. Nobody likes it when that happens. Not customers and certainly not the employees. Nothing is worse than delivering pizzas to pissed off people.
