Please explain how this is possible at 7 pm... yesterday was Vday so that should eliminate a lot of customers since they went out or cooked a special dinner

No football on Sunday night

I didnt order it obviously but was baffled by a 3 hour wait on fricking Vday.

Probably more people ordering pizza than you think.

ETA: Could have ha d a couple no shows on the delivery force. There are plenty of things that could have explained it.

I would think the lonely vday fatties would increase business on VDay.

They had to add that special ingredient. It took a little while to get that load out.

taking it to a message board the next day is a way better idea than talking to someone at the offending store at the time of the issue

Why didn't you just get an oven bake pizza?

Seriously. The pizza is ready in 10 minutes, and all the major chains are withing a mile and a half of my house. I'm not waiting a minimum 45 minutes for delivery when I can have it straight out the oven and home in 20.

I could have sworn something was on tv last night that could have had an impact on demand and delivery drivers calling in sick.

If I'm hungover I don't mind waiting a little longer to eat when the trade off is staying on the couch.
