It was Valentines Day dude, you think you were the only one with the bright idea to order pizza? Not to mention, you ordered at a time everyone else was ordering.. 7PM. Do you really need help understanding this?

Ordered from Denham store about 7, said delivery would be 2 hours. Got it in 1 & received an email today for a free large pizza because of the error (order was correct)

I've been doing it for a long time.
I find that mutual understanding between customer and restaurant makes life easier.
But, if that fails... refunds, free food, and credits work wonders.
