I have never had just one drink. It's why I haven't had one since 1995.

I’m referencing obesity. 300,000 people died last year from obesity related issues according to the CDC.
It’s all personal choice anyway but I find it funny that society vilifies certain aspects of public health and ignores others in the name of feelings.

And one drink a day was associated with an increased risk of death compared with no drinking at all. Two drinks is perfectly fine.
