Well three couldn't be much worse than two.

I call bull.

I highly doubt there is a noticeable difference in someone who drinks 1 vs 2 a day. Unless they're suggesting that someone who averages 2 drinks a day is more prone to binge drinking. I guess 2 drinks a day is the person who doesn't drink during the week and has 10 on Friday.

Besides, what about the numerous studies about the health and mental benefits of mild to moderate alcohol consumption.

corn syrup

Snuck in the article and potentially much more significant for being healthy.

Other changes recommended by the committee include tightening the limit on added sugars to less than 6 percent of calories, down from the previous limit of 10 percent

Cheese burgers and corn syrup are causing Way more damage to public health Than alcohol
Is this true? Alcohol is responsible for a huge amount of health problems in this country. Also what is so unhealthy about a cheeseburger, the cheese, the meat, the bread, the vegetables? Corn syrup and processed sugars obviously do contribute to many health problems, but that doesn’t mean that alcohol doesn’t as well.

The real problem is drinking multiple drinks everyday or binge drinking multiple times a week.. the later becoming the biggest issue going forward

I admire people who drink responsibly. Been sober 11 months, and it feels amazing.

That's awesome! Congrats!

All I'm saying if this is the amount I can drink tops, then I will be joining you going completely clean.

Oh they drink in China. Decently heavily too. Their drink of choice is some horrific concoction known as Baijiu. It's just awful.
