Yes. I also remember him saying he was in sales and he was always traveling, etc and days after he said he had a meeting in Jacksonville, he was talking about getting money from that old man like he desperately needed money at that moment.

I would think someone who is a salesman who travels the country wouldn't be that hard up for cash.

I’m looking for some new trainers. I want the classic style like these...

I currently have two pairs but they look extremely beat up. The lace cover is a must IMO.

I didn't hear their personal stories but they looked the part. As far as moms go, I saw about 3 fine arse Karens.

The cruel ongoing joke is that he's still allowed to post.

My kids love it.

I freaking hate it.

Im out there for 12 hours a day on weekends. Between games, we just sit in a lawn chair and stare at each other. For hours.

I'll probably pretend to be sick next weekend.

Sucks to be you... and most of you. The lesson is dont pursue travel ball unless your kid is legit.

Stick with Rec and embrace your mediocre kids so your weekends end quickly and you dont feel so bad.

I’ve always thought travel ball was a coverup for adult swingers to take trips together.

I have my son in church league, he loves it, has fun, minimal commitment of my time and finances, he doesn't know the difference and has a blast everytime. No crazy parents, great atmosphere. That's how it's supposed to be stress free fun, it's a game for your kids to enjoy. The worst part about travel ball is some of the parents, terrible example they set for their kids

My grandson is 11 played travel ball for the first time this season. He played league ball made an all star team so my daughter decided to let him try a travel ball team. He made the team and admittedly he wasn’t as good as most of the boys on the team. He wouldn’t get in some games and others just pinch run. The coach stayed on him in practice and I could see my happy go lucky grandson depressed. I talked my daughter into letting him quit. I’ve never met a bigger collection of arse holes gathered in one place then a travel ball tournament
