Just read the indictment and his charges.
He is a sick man. Needs jail time.
Not surprised his sleezeball father is protecting him. Probably the same morals and ethics.

A lawyer for former Stanford University swimmer Brock Turner argued this week that his client's attempted rape conviction should be overturned because he was practicing "sexual outercourse," which the lawyer described as a form of "safe sex."

I'm not disagreeing with you. I do think there should be different levels but I also believe that prisons should be so horrible that no one would ever want to go there. Just my 2 cents.
Well hell, then. We're not disagreeing on anything.

"Your Honor, it's safe sex because you can't get her pregnant just finger blasting her while she's unconscious. The young man should be commended not jailed."

The shower after a long session of dry humping can be quite painful.

There is a difference which should be reflected in the punishment,
I'm fine with this if it means death to pedos and life for raping an adult. Otherwise, both deserve the harshest penalty a judge is willing to give within the legal system. If that is the same sentence, so be it. The legal system shouldn't hinder a judge from giving an adult rapist the same punishment as he gave a child molester.
To actually have tiers of "well it's just regular rape, not child rape" feels wrong to me.

Yep, those are telltale dry-humping wrinkles on that shirt.

Klara Soderberg of First Aid Kit wrote this song when she read about this case. She pissed.

I'm 39 years old, and this is the first time in my life I've heard of sexual outercourse.
What is sexual outercourse?
I feel like the embarrassed middle schooler who the whole class laughs at because they didn't know something about sex that the rest of the class did.

We are a sick Society. I'm not sure anything short of genocide of the left will fix us.

“Brock will have to register at the highest tier, which means he is on the same level as a pedophile/child molester,” his mother, Carleen Turner, wrote. Good. You both had one job and failed at it.

I looked up the definition of sexual outercourse in urbandictionary. It seems to be basically the same thing as dry humping.
Masturbation wouldn't counts as sexual outercourse, since outercourse (like intercourse) involves 2 people.
I'm not sure how Turner's actions would be sexual outercourse, since he digitally penetrated her.

Maybe not technically rape.
But still sexual assault.

My mom accidentally backed over the cat we had when I was in elementary school, and gave it brain damage. After that he would sometimes wake me humping my leg. I'd just kick the covers, and he would fly through the air until he the wall.

Considering how widely pubicized Brock Turner's case was, I think everybody in his neighborhood knows that Brock's victim was 22 rather than 7. If they don't know she was 22, they'd know she was somewhere in the 18-22 range anyway.
If that seriously makes Brock's parents feel better.
