Have you noticed how fast your shoe laces loosen at times. Here's the proper way to tighten and tie your shoe laces so they never come loose. This will work for tennis shoes, pickle ball shoes, hiking shoes, walking shoes, court shoes and many other sports shoes. Tying them properly with help support your foot.
Here's how to do it the right way starting today

I started doing that a while back. It helps some but they still come untied sometimes.

Easy way to tell if someone doesn't know how to tie their shoes properly is look at how the loops of the bow lay. If the loops have a tendency to lay vertically on the shoe, then it's a granny knot. (Slips easily) If the loops lay horizontally, then it's most likely a square knot. A square knot won't come untied on its own.

He apparently is allergic to leg day.

This was posted here a few years back. Trying them this way also causes the loops to lay perpendicular to the shoe. Tying then the wrong way causes the loops to lay more online with the shoe.
This would cause one loop to touch the front of my shin right above my ankle. This drove me nuts as it would tickle my shin sometimes making me think it was a bug.
Then one day a TD poster posted the correct way and changed my life forever. I wish I could shake his hand.

DNW cause it’s always loop, swoop, and pull.

Double knot quick and easy is much better than clockwise around the loop

Looking at other people’s shoe laces and subsequently making judgment calls about their personality is psycho.
