One of the worst/best things I heard on TV during that time was when she went to DWS after the whole peep-hole/camera thing was the big news. Some sports commentators were watching her dance and one of them commented, "She certainly knows where all the cameras are". There was quiet on the sett for 15 seconds, probably from them trying not to laugh outloud.

Re the statute of limitations questions: She filed suit in 2011. She was recently required to file a document and state the amount of damages requested. That doc was filed Tuesday and is why it is making news now. Suit has been long pending. LINK

According to the suit, and testimony, she is "a shell of her former self" and her father is "afraid for her life".
They are pouring on the emotional appeal onto the jury in hopes of an award. Still not seeing how Marriott can be held responsible. He snuck into an employee only area, used an employee only phone on the property, impersonated himself as an employee and got her room number, then phoned the hotel and requested the room number next to her room, not requested to be next to Erin Andrews room. Not sure how the hotel should be liable for that.
What say the attorneys of the OT?

If this is true the hotel shouldn't owe her a dime.
Btw I hate this bitch. I didn't like her before the video but her faux outrage has been over the top awful.

We should be awarding this gentleman a large monetary sum of money for having the bravery and commitment to go above and beyond the normal procedures of hospitality and customer service. He did all of this without even being employed by Marriott.
