Erin Andrews went from being a pretty espn sideline reporter to bigtime star and everywhere after the video came out. Tv, magazines, lots of endorsements, etc. i still think she was in on it.

It may have influenced her fame in a positive way, but I seriously doubt that she would have wanted it that way. In fact, it's clear that AE had nothing to do with the release of the tapes.
These sex tapes were intentionally released by these women in a bid for fame.

I always thought it was one of the peep hole things that goes on the front of the doors? I had seen one posted for sale that you put over the peep hole that let you video inside a place through the outside of a peep hole.

Possibly, or the suit could have originated in 2011 and it is just getting to the point where she seeks damages, but your hypothetical is far more insulting and impractical, so let's go with that one.

how is this not a publicity stunt? this is certainly not the first time a celebrity has done something like this. celebrities hire people to help them stage car accidents, be recorded doing various things, etc. it's how they stay relevant.
