See this is also part of the confusion. One second, they tell us white people to be quiet and "Listen"...and then the very next sentence they are saying "White Silence = White Violence"....which is it?!?!?!?!?

It’s not that it’s “bad”. It’s just pointless Because it’s surface level bullshite, trite platitudes spouted by progs who don’t want real dialogue. Because it’s not asking why The people that would ask these questions feel this way. It’s not meeting in the middle, it’s a white guilt panacea.
You want to start to understand someone, find some common ground first. Find an experience you’ve both shared. A gripe you both have. Don’t lecture someone on how they should feel.
Because no one likes being lectured to. It’s condescending and unproductive and puts the other person on the defensive.
You have to allow how they feel, then have them allow you to feel how you feel, then try to really understand why the other feels that way. Have some empathy.
You both have to be willing to accept that maybe there are things you aren’t looking at from every angle and make yourself vulnerable enough to give some. It’s not an arm wrestling match. It’s a handshake

Within the first 2 minutes he says that MLK and activists marching on Selma did nothing in the 60s and uses that as a semi justification of what's going on by saying people don't listen when you protest.
I guess he missed the part where MLK and his people played a pretty big role in the landmark Civil Rights Act.

For those who watched it or at least the 1st two minutes can you help me understand.
He's biking around and comes up on a "white girl" AHEAD of him. Starting from 15 yds he starts yelling "on your left". She doesn't move, after repeated announcements, they collide?
What could honestly been in the way that he would not have been able to go around in one direction or another?
Did he truly run into her to prove a point?
What type of life safety instincts does he have, are you saying if a snake, dog, or other obstruction was in the way, he was intentionally run in to it because he had a right to run into it.
Needless to say, he lost any hope of me watching after that. My gut said it was bullshite, gut was right.

All over my FB feed are a bunch of upper middle class and upper class women talking about how we need to have the difficult conversations. He's a great speaker, and I do believe he has good intentions and ultimately wants everyone to be united.
But he had many inconsistencies and just flat out incorrect statements.
He mentions all crime is generally interracial, black on black, white on white. Some truth to that, but he glosses over the difference in the rate of these crimes each race is committing.
When he posed the question about saying all lives matters instead of black lives matter, he said he understands all lives matter, and I believe him, again good intentions. But then he says, "But right now, black people are dying at the hands of white people." Again this is factually incorrect if we wanted to compare that to the number of white people who die at the hands of black people.
Just a lot of inconsistencies. He mentions many times about the opportunity for him to educate white people. He's a smart dude, but I'm not sure he's fully educated on some of the data regarding some of the things he is saying.
I would say though, from what I've known of this dude over the years, he seems like a good dude that wants positive change, and ultimately if that's your main goal, he's on the right track to help unite folks IMO.

Well, it kind of it. It’s a direct, and some might say directed, result of LBJ and the dem’s damnable “Great Society.”
Look at the trends
Add in the war on drugs and the communist infiltration of the education system and the decimation of our industry through globalization and you can see how some are hit harder than others.
It’s a system designed to keep people dependent on gov’t and voting the way they want them.
I’m not at all saying that people are absolved of personal responsibility, but certain powers that be have stacked the deck against some more than others. And it’s despicable. A travesty. People need to wake up

Emmanuel Acho grew up rich as the son of 2 doctors and went to one of the richest HS, if not the richest HS in Texas (Dallas St.Marks). Then got a full scholarship to play football UT-Austin and now works at ESPN likely making a more than nice salary.
Emmanuel Acho is about as privileged as an single American can possibly be.

I watched this interview awhile back between Lebron and KD for the 2018 all-star and they both say it, plain as day that the AA communities where they grow up WANTED them to fail.
I made sure the video started at the revelant spot. Its pretty telling though IMO, and Lebron and KD despite experiencing that wont admit it to the world on the political pulpit if they step to it. It's a problem for sure not exclusive to Lebron and KD.
