The trend towards people disliking Elon has been building for a long time now. It's not some sudden thing. All that shite that was on uptiger's list happened over like 10 years. The constant wild claims he never backs up grew tiresome. People just got sick of him over time. Sure some people don't like him b/c of politics but most of the dislike is b/c he thinks he's the smartest guy in the world even though he clearly talks out of his arse, acts like a teenager on a hormone rampage, and people have grown wise to his con games w/shite like FSD, TelsaRobot, and the HyperLoop.

Probably the most annoying part of this saga is casuals sucking off elon for creating autonomous vehicles.
Teslas are at level 2 (of 5) for autonomy.
Elon has been claiming that level 4 or 5 is coming “at the end of the year” for like 5 years now. If you dig a little on the subject you will quickly see that the consensus amongst people working in this space, other than musk, is that level 5 is several years if not a decade+ away.
