True in a number of things but ive watched a lot of these recover stories unfold over the years and this hasnt been lacking.
What has happened, as we've seen with Katrina, Maria, Harvey is that the disaster is to a scale few could imagine even with a perfect forecast.
Yeah, its dire in a lot of locations up there but thats what happens when the basic infrastructure of modern life is destroyed. Like electricity, running water, roads not working.
