It’s a bizarre cycle. I look at it like this. Young actors can either choose to go the Miley Cyrus route, where you self destruct and become this mega nasty whore. But you can come back from that.

If you instead get your tits cut off and butcher your vagina… I dunno. I think that might be about the end of it.

Very sad. The world was her oyster. Now? Ooof.

Things she saw or had done to her, Harvey Weinstein style, is what caused this.

We’re having a serious epidemic, whether from social contagion or as a way to cope with trauma, that so many young women think living as a penisless, roughly 5’ tall approximation of a man is a good way to escape their problems. It’s sad that young people are not redirected into accepting their natural, healthy bodies. Anyone can sleep naked; that is not some special privilege reserved for men.

So this 106 lb 5’1” woman is supposed to pass as a man looking like a freshman in high school at 36 years old… She should change her career to become a jockey…

Page, a former child actor, also recounts being sexually harassed and assaulted by other, unnamed figures in the film industry while she was 16 years old. "If I, a person with significant privilege, remain reluctant and at such risk simply by saying a person's name, what are the options for those who do not have what I have?" she asks. In the essay, she examines her experience in the entertainment industry and discusses those she has worked with, calling her decision to take part in a Woody Allen movie "the biggest regret of my career."

Yet votes lockstep with her abusers.

Harvey actually consulted with Hillary Clinton, Gavin Newsom and Woody Allen when the accusations were coming out. He was trying to get the stories killed.

Nah, she looks more like the average metrosexual hipster, the type who ironically wears a John Deere hat but have never been to a farm or actually touched a tractor in real life.

She was very pretty too.

And had a great career going working with A listers in major movies. Now she’s relegated to playing a trannie in a movie that no one will watch.

My prediction still stands: The Academy can’t wait to nominate this person for the Best Actor, or the Best Supporting Actor Oscar. It WILL happen.

Way to champion those with "less privilege" than you by not naming abusers allowing for the abuse to be perpetrated further on a new generation. Bravo, sir.

Here's an example of why suicide rates for transitioners remain high. When drug addicts and alcoholics abuse their bodies to make themselves feel better, rational people don't encourage it and say they're happy for them living how they want.

She doesn't look free. She looks like she's aged beyond her years because she's still deeply unhappy, no matter what she says.

It all started with striking homosexuality from the DSM. The slippery slope has only accelerated since then.

And a great big frick You to the philosophy profs back in school teaching that Slippery Slope is a logical fallacy. No assholes, it isn’t. It’s real, and the last twenty years has shown that it’s also an essential tool in the progressive plan. Yet another thing we can see clearly with our own eyes, but we’re punished for saying so.
