I know she’s from New Orleans, and many people on here are saying she sucks. Does anyone have first hand knowledge or just hearsay? I’m not defending just curious if anyone has actually seen that side of her.

I'd say Ellen cuts across party lines. More mainstream, and a daytime favorite of suburban Karens.
But I understand it helps to package things more neatly.
Either way she's always seemed fake, with some issues lurking under the aw-shucks act.

That sort of behavior starts at the top, whether those under her are emulating her or she was just allowing it to continue. Working in such close confines as they have been since the COVID shutdown, there's absolutely no conceivable way some of these things were going on without her knowledge.

That was my question. Does she just show up, tape show, and peace out, or is she involved more than that?
Game show vs talk show, but I don't get the impression Trebek is out there researching answers and trying to figure out who the contestants will be.
