Easier said than done. This is a small industry we are discussing where almost everybody knows almost everybody. The list of people that have been blackballed is long.
Imagine having to stay at a job because they were the only game in town for you. Consider it like doing an internship where you had to take the abuse before you could move up the ladder toward the job you really wanted.
