Didn't say it was illegal. Practically speaking, though, it doesn't happen.

I think it’s time for brick and mortar asylums to be brought back.
I think it’s time for parents of minors to be held accountable in some way of their kid shoots up a school.
I think it’s time for social media platforms to be much more active in the monitoring of things that do get posted.
I think it’s time for law enforcement to have more power in following up on suspicious posts or activity.

I think the numbers actually suggest that we're doing better now than ever with safety in this country.
The mass shootings are tragic and stick out, but they're an incredibly rare occurance for any random American.
You can't - and shouldn't - change an entire culture over somethsming that's such a statical outlier.

Mass shootings are instances in which 3+ were shot (not necessarily killed). The vast majority of those mass shootings are gang related. And considering Mexico has a massive cartel issue and so has had 8500 killed from Jan. to March, you really think there’s only been 3 in Mexico? Hell Mexico has cops getting into shootouts with each other.
