Gang related terrorism?
That would be a terrorist group and not a gang. I know a terrorist group is a gang of people, but that language seems like bullshite.
Gangs are not in the business of terrorist attacks on the general public. And to be clear, when I say gangs, I am talking about drug gangs.
If someone is planning an attack and there are multiple people involved, the more people who are involved.. there is a better chance that it will be broken up before it happens. More people means a higher risk someone will say something, higher risk someone will notice something, etc, etc.
