I think the better question is.. Why would he shoot up a walmart? If he does that, there is no rhyme or reason for anything else he does.
The muffs and glasses makes him look like he is on the spectrum. That might be somewhat accurate.

Everything I am posting is coming from local El Paso media, who initially are way better and way faster on the draw n situations like this. Right now, all four TV stations in El Paso are showing this security footage. In 10 minutes it will be on FOX/CNN/MSNBC.

You must work in the hood because my bro (who is actually a WalMart store manager) told me to let the idiots on the OT know that we do not use low quality video and that shot is real. We have multiple apps to look at it. + many different types of cameras we (they) use.
