He's probably right that they've updated it by now. I worked those security jobs back in the early 2000s. We used to have to watch tapes to find the footage needed and then get still shots for the local PD.

My FB feed includes the local police department and they occasionally post a picture to help identify a shoplifter from the local Wal Marks. The pictures are always terrible quality.

Yes it is and its also the entrance to the Walmart--if you look directly across from the Walmart entrance there is no white pick-up truck in the parking lot.

Wal Mart typically has blue cement poles protecting the main entrances as seen in the background of the photo. It looks like a primary entrance to a Wal Mart.
