Guess I was fooled watching Chita Craft and Kim Castro flashing 2-3” on the screen and I’m thinking, maybe there’s a chance???

Edouard is dropping some serious rainfall. Totals north of Beaumont are pushing over 2 feet of rain. Some bands are dropping 4 inches an hour.

And absolutely nothing of note in Houston... the most in the entire Houston metro was .34 in Baytown. Hell, Woodlands had more at .40 inches.
Everything in the greater Houston area was sub .20
