Ebola is a poor nation’s disease. There’s a reason it almost never spreads to developed countries.

It is from what I've read and heard. It's hemorrhagic, so basically start bleeding from multiple orifices until you bleed out.

One of the reasons it spreads like it does in those African countries is the way they handle dead bodies. By the time of death the viral load is massive and can survive in bodily fluids (including tears) from anywhere from hours to days outside the body. Family members often ritually bathe and dress the body, often times kissing the face, etc. without any PPE.
