Everywhere else the population is stable or in active decline.
Worldwide it begins to decline in 40-50 years.

this seems like a bad thing at least in the US. most people arent gonna have the money to support themselves into their old age and will rely on the government(taxpayers) who are already stretched thin.

Population collapse is a bad thing because our government safety net system depends on it.
If young people can't save money for themselves or invest in the economy because it's all being thrown into taking care of the overwhelming number of elderly then your economy is fricked.
The boomers had a shite ton of people, significantly more than the number of people in their parents generation and so it was easy to take a little out of boomer paychecks to give in to the system to pay for the elderly of their era.
When you have fewer workers than dependents, you're in deep shite which what most countries are about to experience.
This why longevity/healthspan research has increased over the last 5 years. A lot of investment being poured into companies hoping to develop treatments to reverse aging.
Jeff Bezos, Coinbase CEO, Google (Calico), the Saudis and the Hevolution Foundation, SENS Research Foundation, Buck Institute,Unity Biotechnologies, etc.

Earth's population will hit EIGHT BILLION next week: Key milestone for humanity as life expectancy increases… with headcount already triple the 2.5 billion of 1950
By 2030, the world's population will reach 8.5 billion and by 2100, 10.4 billion
Population growth was growing at its slowest pace since 1950, figures show
A key factor driving global population growth is increased live expectancy
Just wait till alien life is discovered and the Democrats figure out a way to get them here and register them to vote.

it will be hard on those in the US but eventually we will be fine and in the grandscheme of things we will come out ahead.
the US only has growth rate of under 0.6%
That accurately counting the undocumented too?

Africa is growing like crazy. 28 out of the top 30 and the top 25 overall in terms of growth rate are all from africa. there is not a 1st world country in the top 50.
its fricking nuts how much africa, ME & certain asian countries are growing.
You think those billions and billions of people will be content to stay put and suffer while 1st world countries around them thrive?

By 2100 there will be an even more significant divide of healthy and unhealthy people. The people taking advantage of the advancements will be living longer, teaching the way to their children and the people that are leading the charge in obesity will continue to doom their bloodline into earlier chronic illness and early death.

Without sustained population growth in places like China where most of the worlds manufacturing is, the supply chain will collapse. Especially with future uncertainty with shutdowns in Asia. Thanks to its 1 child policy, China will experience one of the fastest population declines in history of humanity with no one to replace its current work force. In effect, Globalism as it is now, is fading.
The US, is currently THE worlds shipping security. And, yes, even for CHINA. How much longer will we be willing to provide security for a dying China/mid east trade? I don't think we even send carriers to the Persian Gulf area anymore.
The US demography is THE healthiest on the planet for the foreseeable future, but we will need to build up our manufacturing here and in MEXICO to replace the lost productivity from CHINA. It's inevitable and already seeing some on-shoring, but not fast enough. Supply will suffer until the Western Hemi. builds out this new manufacturing network...
We will also need to heavily invest in our energy sector to drive this manufacturing and secure our energy stability. Russia is done as a major gas exporter and green energy is simply not going to cut it.
IF we had competent leadership in Louisiana and Nationally, we could push for some MAJOR WINS in this new economic reality.
