Decided not to drink at bar because she said someone had to be DD.
Left bar at closing to go late night in hot tub at cousins house with a group of people.
Got pulled over and charged with DWI while dead sober because my eyes were "reddish", even though I passed all tests.
Some other guy fricked her drunk arse while I spent the next 38 hours in jail.
Your move OT.

After drinking at dinner, Went to buy her Starbucks for when she got off work. Got pulled over, dwi, 14 hours in jail.
Cost me 25k to get it dropped to drunk in public. On probation till 2015.
She broke up with me 3 weeks later.

I call bullshite! are you telling me they didn't give you a breathalyzer before they formally charged you? its sop to give the test upon arriving at the station.

They can still charge you even if you pass the tests.
Hence after passing all tests, he still charged me."
