my cleaning lady offers this service.
If that is a part of her regular cleaning service, that's fine.
But to pay someone whose sole purpose is to come into your home and change your cat litter?

This thread caused me to look up pet poop removal services near me. It is absolutely the worst chore IMO.
Hoping someone gets back to me now.

If you survived Green Hall, I don’t think a dirty trashcan will hurt you.

First time I heard of it a friend was telling me about it prior to a birthday party. I thought it seemed like a great idea
I am also pro working more/budgeting to pay for services you hate

Greene was pretty old and dungy for sure. And I’m not mad at someone making money off it because hey free market capitalism is what makes this country great. It’s just crazy to me that people even clean trash cans. I get if something really bad got in there but I have lived in my house for almost 5 years and have 2 young kids with diapers going in it and have never once thought I needed to clean where my trash goes.

Dumbest thing I saw today was a crazy lady walking her ducks on a leash. I kid you not

No, but I bought a golf cart up there and saw a guy doing that.

Not as dumb as seeing someone trying to use a payphone and they weren’t fricked up.

after i clean a deer in October when its 80 degrees out and the carcass sits in the can for a week, i want to see them come clean that

I agree. I don’t think I have ever cleaned my trash can. Like someone else said the smell goes away in due time.

We clean ours ourselves- but I don’t think it’s a stupid thing at all. It’s a service some people demand and that’s a good thing for us all
Now you want to know a terrible sign for humanity and perhaps the economy?
I was in an account last week and someone from door dash came in to pick up an order.
One single 50ml bottle of cheap vodka- that the customer probably paid 4 dollars for with fees and everything
I asked my customer and he told me it happens all the time

1996 Bruno’s Grocery Store…. Manager had my buddy and me clean the inside of our store dumpster.

While I completely agree with you, folks like my MIL have spotless garbage cans. She freaks if you through anything away that’s not double bagged.
I’m just thankful if shite gets in the trash can at my house regardless of how messy.
