If you squeezing real lemons, you definatley need to do it while they soaking, putting lemon juice in before you boil will not work, it evaporates the lemon juice

boil shrimp in plain water for one minute, remove and set aside, boil crawfish like normal and when you have about 5 minutes left on your crawfish soak, add the boiled shrimp in with the crawfish, guaranteed to peel easy
