God I worry about this. My daughter is great in school but the definition of a dumb blonde. She brought her glasses home and just mindless fiddled with them, and by fiddle I mean i watched her twist them up. She's already super worried about her looks so I told her if she screws up her glasses, she's going to school with bent up glasses looking stupid. Luckily this is the trial pair of plastics while the real ones come in and that comment has worked the last few weeks to keep them safe. Gotta play to your kids strengths and weaknesses when parenting I suppose lol

Spray-painted the black brush guard on our golf cart with white spray paint to make it look like a tiger

Make her stand next to it and take a picture. It will make for a great Senior night photo. It’s an expensive memory.
My son was 4 or 5 and for some scientific reason he want to see if an envelope opener could open couch cushions. He discovered that yes they can and that rooms to go insurance doesn’t cover shite and it’s a huge rip off.
So now we have some new couch covers on our basically new living room set.

Learning to drive, left and right, side view mirror hit the side of the garage backing out. More recently, getting gas and hits protection pole near the end of the pump. Needed a whole new door for that. Runs into parked car in the driveway so damage to both of my vehicles hers and mine. I swear it feels like they are playing bumper cars during the past 6 months.

Burned out a car engine for one. There were many.

I would leave that on there forever. When your daughter is older you’re gonna wonder why you were even mad about it.

I will throw myself under the bus for one. I got a slingshot for my 10th or so birthday, and we had a side area to park a boat on made of gravel. I ran out of the little metal shots a few days in and started picking up gravel out of that parking spot and letting those fly. Then I decided to fire a few straight up into the air. With the odd shapes of the gravel, none of them ever flew very straight, and one in particular peeled away over towards the roof of the house. At that time, there were some fairly large skylights over the kitchen, and that errant vertical gravel came down right in the middle of one of them, completely spidering the tempered glass. Didn't think much of it at the moment assuming it hit the shingled area. When I went inside, my Dad had 100% assumed "act of god" and didn't even fathom the idea it was me. I could have 1000% gone with it and said "wow how did that happen" but even in that moment I knew I couldn't live with that one. Fessed up, dad took the slingshot and cut it into pieces in front of me, the belt came out, etc.

My son and his cousin wanted to take the golf cart for a spin in the neighborhood. Cousin is 16 at the time and I thought he was going to be the driver. No...somehow, my 8 year old convinced him that he knew how to drive it so his cousin let him drive. My son, at full speed, reverses the golf cart right into the back of my neighbors car across the street causing significant damage. Cost us thousands to repair their vehicle. I wore my son's arse out that night
WTF were you pissed at your son? It was the cousin who was a dumbass

Two kids - just since starting to drive…..
Four mail boxes.
One drove though mother in laws kitchen. Yes, into it through the garage.
The other totaled out a car getting a drivers license, WITH the dmv lady in the car.
While one kids car is in the shop, they wreck my wives they are borrowing.
Five cars bought in four years. 1600$ a month in car insurance.
That’s just a slice of it!

When my son was about 12 or 13, he ran up a $700 phone bill prank calling businesses (mostly McDonalds) in foreign countries. He called every continent except Antarctica. If the person spoke English, he would just say rude things to them. If they spoke something else, he just made gorilla sounds.

I understand you don’t believe it, but in Louisiana (along with many other states) they cannot raise your rates for a not at-fault accident

Son flying home from college for winter break. He and his frat buddies think its a great idea to stay up all night partying since his ride was at 4am. Guess who got to the airport, fell asleep at the gate. Woke up hours after he was supposed to be at connecting airport. Mind you this is Iowa to Lubbock, a tough route anytime for flight choices. Cost 2K to get him on a flight that afternoon to get him home for Christmas. He couldn't stay in Iowa, Frat house closed so zero options but that flight.

Daughter is a college Sophomore and decided to hit the most expensive vehicle parked in the Target parking lot.
She was just barreling into the parking spot and side swiped, literally the most expensive Mercedes SUV.
It was some sort of 550 AMG turbo elite SUV.
I have selectively forgot the amount that I had to pay but Yes it expensive..

Currently dealing with parking tickets from college. Phones are the one that piss me off. Had to buy an old lady down the street a new mailbox about a year ago.

We're at this stage. However, as far as choosing money, the deer hit my vehicle last week (on the way to hunt of course, and yes I hunted and got one because that one ran off). So I guess I had my turn, and the retards are up for doing something fun this week.
