He's probably the kind of sissy that would. I had this done as a kid with the hand submerged in hydrogen peroxide. It didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would have, even though I had electrical, thermal, and chemical burns in the same place.
That was the day I figured out that snow, does in fact, conduct electricity.

To be fair......I don't think a lot of people know exactly how they would be running while on fire.
That being said.....fricking with someone's car is a big "woman move". At the least, a high soy thing to do.
