I was searching for new tires for my truck and came across Duck Commander Tires. Has anyone heard of these or know anything about them? They are made by TBC tires, which I have also never heard of.

Edit:
I'm not going to buy them. I'm either getting Falken or BFG. I'm just curious about the brand.

They've really overextended that brand. They have wine and cakes too. None of it sells. They overestimated what white trash is willing to pay.

Go with the Fixer Upper or Flip or Flop tires instead

Let’s be honest, if you are even considering Duck Commander tires, you probably aren’t that worried about quality. I say buy 8.

Almost went to their restaurant a few months ago just to see what it was about until I saw they didn't serve the booze

Generally speaking any product with a celebrity endorsement is shite, they slap someone's name on something and charge extra. If it was that great they wouldn't need the celebrity name.

Yep. West Monroe. Right down the road from their shop.

I think that thing closed. But not to worry, Willie is opening a food truck park in Sterlington.

They actually have a few. Kay has one and so does Willie (or he did). Food at Willie's place is legit and as good as Ms. Kay cooks, it is probably legit too.

Looks like Willie's food truck park will at least sell beer

quote:

Outside, there will be room for food trucks from all around the region and parking. Even an old 1959 tour bus will be turned into a cooler for craft sodas and beer. Robertson says he wants it to be a festival or backyard BBQ vibe where you don’t have to do the cooking or the cleaning.

All things considered, the duck commander merchandise alone just brought in 500 million last year...

TBC owns Sumitomo...which made some pretty good commercial OTR tires back in the day. The Duck Commander tires are actually made by Cooper for TBC...Cooper also makes Mastercraft tires, and these look similar to the Mastercraft AT tires.

With the fading limelight on the Duck Commander brand, you can pick these things up at Walmart right now for about $70.00 off each from their original retail. They are still overpriced for what you get, in my opinion (i.e. about $140 each for a 265/70/17).

I would recommend the Swamp People pancake batter instead.

On the items I listed? Probably pretty shitty. They put their crap wine into Walmart, and their target demo didn't even want it. Just took it out of all Walmarts.

I doubt they make much on these tires either.
