If you're sweating and hydrating along the way, I'm not even sure you'd register much above 0 on a breathalyzer.

Sounds like you might be emotional about it. It's just a conversation about staying within the limits that the law provides. I'm sure you also look down on folks who have a glass of wine with their dinner then drive home.

Don’t drink on an empty stomach and pound water while drinking, you’ll be fine

At least 3 attorneys in the past have told me to never submit to a breathalyzer test under any circumstances unless you are 1000% sure you have ingested no alcohol.

1 hundo and a big reason I don't drive if I've had a drop. Most importantly I don't want someone dying in a traffic accident even indirectly on my conscious.

It doesn't matter.................Your wife will be pissed either way and claim you're gone and drunk. Even if you never look at a beer it doesn't matter.

I agree, but you can request a blood test. I’m sure it makes the whole experience more difficult, but I would avoid a breathalyzer.

Me too… it’s the officer discretion on the side of the road… police err on the side of caution when it comes to drunk driving

Hell no. Especially while being active. At least you won’t feel it or shouldn’t unless you never drink at all

But what do I know.

lol, absolutely not. hardly a buzz at all.

I drink 4 Miller Lite draft pints every league bowling night and by the time I’m headed home I’m stone cold sober.

Title is misleading.
Lite Beer does not equal “drink”

Shiiiiiidddd... I could drink four light beers in 30 minutes and still be good enough for brain surgery

Look up the post last wk of dude who killed beloved school crossing guard in Denham Springs while DUI.

Dude killed her (lifetime of guilt), loses his family, money, reputation and freedom.

Will that be you? Very unlikely.

But if >0% of catastrophic outcome when simple solution mitigates it (Uber)…

Drink up! Enjoy. Have fun.

Just Uber home. Live the next day with no guilt, your family, money, reputation and freedom.

And, those of us sharing road with you excited to be alive with our families, money, reputation and freedom thank you!
