Dr Pepper Zero...Anyone tried it yet?

It’s about as close to the real thing as any diet drink I’ve ever had. They finally cracked the code

I don’t know if you tried it but that diet dr. Pepper creme soda was pretty tasty

I'm still holding on to my last 12-pack of Dr Pepper 10. Love that stuff, but can't find it anymore.

It’s growing on me. At first it tasted too much like cough syrup, something I hear all the time from people who don’t like regular Dr. Pepper, and regular Dr. Pepper is my favorite soda and it’s not close. Gave up regulars outside of maybe 1 can a week about 2 years ago so it’s nice having Dr. Pepper back more often now that the zero is growing on me.
That said, Mt. Dew Zero is the closest to the real thing of any diet drink on this earth.

I actually snagged one today. It’s pretty good if I do say so myself. The only other zero soda that I could bare was Coke Zero.

Not to answer your question, but to support it - Layne Norton debunks this several times if I’m not mistaken. His channel deserves more love, but people don’t often appreciate actual science based info.
