The justifications for this should be interesting.
I'd love to hear any qualifications past running Southern, which doesn't exactly inspire confidence since Deedy's crooked BIL used to run the school.

If Broome had hired him from the beginning, no one would have cared. He's been here forever, generally respected throughout the community, and doesn't make shite up on his resume.
