i have no doubt that is exactly what she/they will do. The only reason that the city has roadway improvement projects going on right now is that they are funded by FEMA. And those dollars have deadlines that have not changed.
They are in this predicament because the politicians sat on the money trying to figure out how to steal it. Finally, with the deadline coming, they have decided to proceed with the projects that the money was for originally. How nice of them......

She is part of the problem.
She is the head of the local government and she is part of the response team.
She could have made a lot of decisions earlier in the process to help her city which she is a leader of.

could you provide us an example of a country our size (population and geographic size) that was prepared for this global pandemic?
