Nope, living that SILK life.
Single income, lots'o kids.
She made a good bit more when I first started my career, and it was a blessing that I had zero issue with. Can't wait to flip it back later in life.

SILK life here too. She makes 0 and I wouldn't have it any other way. Not because I don't want her to work or anything. She's raises the kids and is basically a secretary. Probably a bad term, life organizer is better.

Yes it is. My wife makes 3 times what I make and it's great.

At one time she did. She makes slightly less than me when you combine her regular salary and her side business.

No.
My ex wife is a nurse practitioner and in 2023 she’ll make more than me. I’ve always made more than my SO and in a couple of years I’ll be back making more than my ex

If fry cooks make over 80k I would switch in a heartbeat

I've thought about that. Problem is, my wife works from home. It's better if I'm OUT of the house those 50 hours a week.
So you mean to tell me that your wife works from home and her income is so high that you don’t even need a job?
Interesting

If 300k a year is poor I'm ok with that.

She started about 1/2 of my income, got pretty close within 10 years, and passed me last year. I passed her back this year. My benefits far outweigh hers but she gets a bonus some years. She puts up with a lot of shite from surprisingly incompetent exec-level folks and our income is at a point where hers isn’t critical. We’d love for her to quit. Hard to give it up, though.

Over our 20 year marriage, we bounced back and forth for the lead and technically I am leader for total years. She passed me for good about 4 years ago though. I will never make more than her in our current trajectories. I am 100% complete cool with it and proud of her. She busted her butt to get to where she is now.
This.
I’m amazed at how much she made last year. Seriously in awe.
Loved every minute of it.

Yes and still manages to come home and cook supper for us. How does it feel? Sort of like I'm a king.
