I get patted down once every 4 or 5 flights. I always tell them that they shouldn’t start something they can’t finish. Sometimes it goes over well, other times they get a little bitchy.

One of the tsa agents that I saw at the Monroe Airport appeared to be around 500 lbs.

I'll admit the whole new ID finally coming out, is the most concerning to me, and hope something gets done about it. I dont do precheck to keep out of the "system", not b/c i'm "poor" like another poster would assume. I could expense the fee if I wanted to. I know I know they have it anyway, but still my way to not support those things.

I have an Amazonian Indian Spear my dad got on a trip down that way back in the 70s. Flying was fine prior to 2001. With some solid basic security, and profiling it would be fine again. it's being allowed to go to far under the name of "security" though.

I got pulled aside once for having cremains in my carry on. They thought my buddy was a bomb. Even after I showed them the death certificate and all the paperwork from the funeral home that cremated him, they still weren't sure that he wasn't a bomb. So, while I got harassed for bringing my friend home, I at least got a handjob right there in front of everyone.
The TSA made you all safer that day.
ETA: Also, you've never lived until you see the look on a TSA agent's face when he asks you, "Sir, there was a strange object in your bag on the x-ray. Do you mind telling me what it is?" and you look him right in the eye and say "Human remains."
