Yes. One of my best friend went through a windshield and was essentially ripped in half an impaled in a tree on his way to the hospital for his childs birth. For those who are wondering his pregnant wife was already at the hospital. The passenger with him concussion and broken arm.

Don’t take my vehicle out of park before I put on my seatbelt. My father was killed in a car accident while wearing his seatbelt, but there absolutely no doubt in my mind you’re way better off wearing it than not. Some wrecks there’s just nothing that can save you. He had one of those.

Dying because you're a stubborn dumbass is gonna make your funeral difficult for your family.

Yes
Dont like fines
Dont like smacking dashboards
Dont like potentially flying out the windshield
Dont like the idea of my body becoming a weapon and hurting my friends and family in the event of a rollover

Seat belt laws are stupid.

I don’t think the government should have a say in what I do in regards to personal safety. As long as I am not endangering others I should be able to do whatever I want. HOWEVER, I absolutely and always wear it. It’s dumb not to.

Yes. But I don’t think it should be a law and the fact that you were or were not wearing one should be allowed in court cases claiming damages

If you read the newspaper, the accident stories will usually say which occupants were or were not wearing restraints.
The difference in outcomes for people in the same vehicle is pretty damned convincing. Non-restrained is often thrown out of the vehicle and killed, while a restrained passenger is treated for minor injuries.
Ran across this: 77 percent of passenger vehicle occupants who were thrown from their vehicles were killed. However, only 1 percent of crash victims who were buckled up were totally ejected from their vehicles, compared to 31 percent of those who were unbelted.

Yes always, now....
Ever since waking up on the passenger side of the car I was driving, head down in the footwell. I knocked myself out hitting my head on the passenger side door. I got T boned and tossed into a telephone pole.
