The U.S. government, dumbass. They do weather modification and if you didn't know that, you're just ill informed. There are laws on the books regarding it and some restricting it. I'm not being mysterious. I'm naming them outright.
Well it sounds like you have all the answers! Thanks for sharing! Now get back to the Poli board but keep us updated!

Wish they’d do some seeding over the Wiregrass. Planted my corn for the food plots and the rain just stopped.

There has always been “historic” rainfalls. The water just has less place to go without flooding civilization

Yes, 100% yes, always yes, and they have been doing so documented for over 60 years. Was the storm in Texas a result of these weather manipulation techniques? I do not know. I would not be surprised either way. A similar man-made storm caused major flooding in Dubai a couple years ago, so it is entirely plausible. Even though we have the technology to influence weather to an extent, we cannot precisely control it.

I've been alive for 47 years and can't ever remember a stretch of years where we've had this level of rainfall like we've had the last two
And three years ago south Louisiana had a historic drought. A few years before that were the historic floods in the Baton Rouge area. It’s always been in cycles. The media wants you to believe every weather event today is unprecedented but there’s always instances of it happening before.

The weirdest weather year was 2021. It was cold and cloudy all summer, and drizzled all day every day. It was like living in Seattle. Absolutely bizarre.

Considering I’ve flown a plane that was burning off silver iodide to seed clouds, yeah they do at least that.

They are always saying stuff, doing stuff, lying about stuff, and other stuff…

No! Its almost like there is a Hurricane season and early in the season there are tropical events that don't quite make hurricane status that dump tons of rain on a concentrated area which creates massive floods.
There were more Hurricanes from 1850 to 1900 than there have been in the past 50 years. Care to guess how many more hurricanes there have been from 1900-1920 when compared to 2000-2020? 1900-1920 had 1 more storm.
Now this will blow your mind. . . Every decade from 1950-2000 was below average of 17 storms per decade. Those were also the years when man was destroying the environment by pumping metric assloads of NOx in the air to create smog. We start passing a bunch of air regulations in the 80's and 90's and we're back to more hurricanes. Apparently hurricanes are an unintended consequence of clean air!
Trust the Science- NOAA
However, I think its more likely Mother Nature has a 100 year cycle.

Without doing any research, I believe our government and others have tried to manipulate weather, but have had very little impact.
This excludes the government building dams and levees and whatnot to control rivers.

If you think scientist, and researchers aren't searching for ways to manipulate the weather you're an idiot
Posted on 7/7/25 at 5:18 am to Landmass
They can’t modify the weather to the extent that you are perceiving. That would take an amount of energy and sophistication that we don’t currently possess. That’s just goofy science fiction

Surprisingly accurate forecasts compared to just 20 years ago. Its not perfect but its way better than it was just a short while ago.
