Because Im not going to argue with someone who knows jack about all we've had to done to ensure chips are built here, TSMC, ASML, NVIDIA and AMD will build chips here because we've made that possible, stuff we weren't doing 2016-2020.

I do agree, its a little nuanced.
A company called Inflection AI raised like $1.5b trying to build a personal AI and it fell flat, so really it could go either way, but people are relying on tech no increasingly so idk....
