The entire state of Louisiana does, and they need to start with a revamped tax code.
And New Orleans needs to specialize in an area that isn't already hosted in Houston, Baton Rouge, Mobile, or Dallas.

I'll have to add those to my list. My thing is that a good gumbo should straddle the line between stew and soup. I find restaurants sometimes go too far into the stew direction.

Monroe is headquarters to the largest LA corporation-century link. Monroe. Congratulations New Orleans now it's not only houston Atlanta and Baton Rouge that have passed you up. monroe Louisiana has surpassed you.
