Yeah I heard the stories about captain dave and his wife. Never knew their actual names though. Was she attractive?

I've stated this before but my buddy and his wife are swingers. He is short, chubby and bald with a big arse beard. His wife is NOT attractive at all, like an OT 2(only because her boobs are somewhat large) but the way men fawn over her on Facebook just tells me that most men will stick their dick in anything.
He has a lot of swinger friend on his FB list(identified by "LS" at the end of their name). I went through it and not one of them were even remotely attractive.

Yep.
I don’t get their rationale but it has worked for the couples.
I know 4 couples that are in that lifestyle. They each have different ways they do it.
2 of them do something where they swap partners in the same room or something like that.
Not sure on the third one other than they do date other folks.
The couple that has been doing that for over 20 years lives it up. They have separate significant others and legit go on dates with them. The wife is very attractive so she has been flown to other countries and taken to all kind of cool stuff around the country.
That ain’t for me but i guess they make it work

I think it has to start as open, and even then idk how people do it.

We’ve met a few couples over the years that have made (rebuffed) attempts to swing in our direction. You’d be surprised the kind of shite you encounter when your better half is too outgoing for their own good.

Considering how much easier it is for a woman to get strange then a man I think an open relationship would be fundamentally lopsided.

I knew this one couple who were swingers. Well, she was and he tried his best. She grew up in a Christian household and didn't have sex until she got married. She's a chubby OT4 at best. He was nice enough for a skinny nerdy looking guy. After being married, she decided she didn't believe in God any more because she was sexually repressed growing up. My guess is no one paid any attention to her when she was younger, but then started getting some attention when she figured out how to dress well and put on makeup. She talked him into having an open relationship. As is life, she was banging new dudes every week, while he was lucky to get someone to smile at him. I lost track of them shortly after she had her 'awakening'. I hope he had enough sense to move on.

Maybe I'm just a prude but I’m not seeing a difference at all.
He’s either watching in real time or aware that his wife is being plowed by another man. What he’s doing (sitting in a chair, having sex with a different woman) doesn’t seem relevant to me.
