One of our vendors seems pretty normal but has a daughter with purple hair and an eyebrow piercing.

Yes
That a dad would put up with purple hair & whatnot is an indication that he’s a pussy.

what if your kids are weird to them?

Its usually a sign that Dad isn't very involved and mom is overly permissive.

Is the daughter a good person?

Weird? Not really.
10 years old and still baby talking (mom and kid)? Absolutely.

Kinda,
But I know of too many cases where siblings raised exactly the same way are drastically different, with one seeming normal and the other being weird.
My younger brother is a good example. The kid popped out of the womb with a chip on his shoulder. He has always been contrary, entitled, and argumentative. He makes terrible decisions and the fallout is never his fault.
Lots of parents do their best and end up with mixed results. Everyone is a product of both nature and nurture.

frick you, Eli. My daughter colors her hair and I fully support her desire to be creative. She's 19 years old.
You sound like a miserable piece of shite. I bet EVERYTHING bothers you, huh?

So let’s talk about Brian Austin Green…

Not really but if their problems persist past adolescence, kind of.
Generally when kids have major issues in that 7-13 yr old phase its a reaction to whatever the parents are going through or experiencing. Good parenting helps navigate them through those periods. Just my opinion.

I remember the adults saying this kind of thing about the kids when like Nirvana was popular and they just didn’t get it

Are you a helicopter parent of your own kids and force them to dress, walk, talk, and act just like you?

No. Kids are gonna be weird. I judge people for reinforcing the weirdness.
