I used to, but I take a gummy right before bed and I sleep okay now.

Do you drink lots of caffeine?

I sleep about 5 hours a night, which is sometimes riddled with sleepless random, constant worrying.
It's actually pretty terrible sometimes. Is hypnosis real? Been wishing I could go to someone who would be able to not make me care about certain shite.

I slept 3 hours last night. So yeah. Nothing particular on my mind, no stress etc-just can't sleep very well any more for stretches of time-say a week or two.

Yes. I have a prescription for ambien and hydroxine to help me sleep and I start smoking indicas at around 7-8 pm and I still have trouble sleeping.
Now that I'm retired, I can work around it. If i can't sleep, I'll just go up to my woodshop and work all night. Since I don't have a job or real responsibilities, it doesn't really inhibit me anymore.

I started sleeping with ear plugs. You dont notice, but you may be sensitive to light noise and not getting deep sleep.
I now sleep very hard

Have had insomnia for about 20 years. I have a whole insane routine now. It’s not perfect, but it’s helped my sleep tremendously.
-Get 5-20 minutes of morning sunlight in your retinas to reset circadian rhythm. (Use 10,000 lumen SAD lamp if waking before sunrise)
-Exercise early
-No caffeine after lunch.
-No screens or blue light 1 hour before bed.
-Don’t eat a heavy meal before bed. Or sugar.
-No alcohol before bed.
-Deal with stress/anxiety, meditate, relax, stretch, warm shower, etc
-Sleep cold
-Magnesium Threonate before bed(also have experimented with GABA, apigenin, theanine, glycine and inositol)
-Use Oura ring to monitor sleep.
-Sleep and wake up at the same time everyday.
Ambien is fine for a quick fix, but it won’t give the right quality of REM and deep sleep.

No, I sleep like a champ every night. I consider myself fortunate. I have several friends that struggle with sleep disorders, and that would suck.

Those who take CBD gummies for sleep, does it have to have THC?

I wake up between 2:30-3:30 almost every night, even with melatonin. It's miserable

Yep. If it's a night I had drinks, no issues at least falling asleep for a few hours. During the week when I try not to drink? Much harder.
I take melatonin and have 1-2 5mg THC drinks to lull myself to be tired. Sometimes even that doesn't work great, but usually at least helps some. I buy Skittles drink powders that I mix into my THC drink over ice, so I call it my "bedtime cocktail".
I'm not great at sleeping next to another person on top of that, so we've made a few room accommodations to help out there as well. Extra A/C, white noise machine, etc.

I've tried the Delta-9s, and they do nothing to help sleep. You need the THC.

Anybody have any helpful suggestions?
If you have access to medical or recreational MJ, a quarter of a gummie before bed helps.
Also, don't fight it. Just get up and do something. Drink a glass of milk while perusing the internet. Sooner or later you will get sleepy and you can go back to bed.

Yes, I have moderate to severe back issues, and falling and staying asleep is a struggle and I'm only 47.

Yes, but I've accepted it

Go to sleep earlier. Do more exhausting shite during the day. Go get tested for apnea. All great solutions.

CBD never did anything for me. Has to have THC.
They have 1:1 gummies that seem to help.
