Maybe just order the thing without the top muffin.
That would blow their minds.

He should have written you a ticket for being so damned trashy.

Food items take weeks or months to decompose.
McDonalds "food" takes years.
Styrofoam is probably a better item to throw out than McD's

Fat, ignorant, and trashy is no way to do through life, son.

I often get a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin and take the top muffin off, I just eat the sausage, egg, cheese and bottom muffin.
You're lucky we haven't made it a crime to be 600+ pounds.

No some animal will eat it

nope, its food and therefore its going to be eaten by animals and birds and not be litter
non edibles is the only thing i see as litter
i even asked a cop and a game warden to be sure about dumping fish heads and guts near the launch or a canal to feed the crabs and minnows and they both said it was fine and not considered littering as long as its in the water and not on land

Eating in a car is trashy. Never actually ate food in a moving car, so I don’t understand that to begin with.

Got pulled over for throwing hard boiled egg shells out the window. Same situation he let me go but said he could write a ticket.
Posted on 9/24/20 at 10:05 am to MobileJosh
No. That's not littering.

Thanks to the information provided, I apologize for killing wildlife by throwing out apple cores. I do try to make it to a woodline.
To the poster who discussed ants eating rubber, Formosan termites have been know to eat rubber. For you French Quarter residents, the Formosan termite has damaged underground insulated conductor causing power outages in the past. Specifically underground splices in the power cable. It is thought they entered through freight from the port of NO.

Stuff like this is why a raccoon stole my jumbo bag of Peanut M&M's while camping over the weekend.

Littering aside, you’re encouraging animals to come closer to the interstate than they might otherwise. Probably better to just dispose of it with the rest of your breakfast trash next time.
What?! Animals come close to the interstate all the time, egg McMuffin or not.

If everyone did the same thing, would it be ok?
Posted on 9/24/20 at 10:31 am to pjab
Throw a piece of bread out of a car in the middle on nowhere? Yes, that would be perfectly ok. I do it all the time.

No way man. All those dead deer you see are because of people launching breakfast burritos
