Do You Believe Life Forms From Other Planets Are Aware Of Earth?

A little while ago I was outside with my dogs and my neighbor was taking his dog out for the night and we were chatting. He told me the other night he had gone outside about 1AM (technically mornings, but whatever.. I know some smart arse would point that out if I don't say anything) and was looking up at the sky.. He said there were two planes going in different directions.. Then all of a sudden he saw this ball of white light move downward then it just shot up and went away.
He is an older man.. Early 70s. My first thought is to think that he was just seeing something that wasn't there, which I believe is the more likely situation, but I know there are recording of UFOs by military planes in which the pilots have seen objects move in away anything we have doesn't have the capability to move.. But I have read that they think that it is possible that it could be something from the software that is used in planes, etc.
As big as the universe is, I think you have to at least consider there is life someone else out there, but would there be any type of logical reason, other than it being a UFO as to why someone sincerely believes they say a UFO"

Maybe, but the fricking thing is so big it’s equally as possible (if not moreso) that travel across that distance just is not possible in any kind of way that we can comprehend.

That's why the pyramids are here.. Markers to show other Aliens that other Aliens were here before... They are leftover Markers.. Think Hansel and Gretel and the pebbles.. etc...

Yes. There is another planet far away that is aware of life on earth. It is improbable that it is not the case.

The universe is basically infinite. To think there aren’t other life forms out there is naive. And to think they aren’t out there because WE haven’t found them is even more naive.
