Correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought they have not found any tombs in the great pyramids. Just in the valley of the Kings.

Absolutely there were advanced human civilizations here. The last was wiped out by the Elohim, the gods of the Jews, Christians and Muslims, about 10,000 years ago.

But it is also curious whenever more fossilized human footprints are found, none of them were ever wearing shoes.

Are we talking about Rome

How is Rome "ancient" in the sense of what the OP was using? Rome was conquering known civilizations. Known in the fact that we have physical evidence of their existence along with historical records.

OP has been reading too many of those pseudo science websites.

That is curious. It is almost as if they didn't have shoes.

Which would indicate that shoe salesmen sucked way back then.

Or that most folks back then used their magic carpets and rarely walked.

I just worry that the present day archaeologists are short-sighted and are leaving nothing for the future generations of archaeologists to discover. This generation needs to leave some behind or they'll work themselves out of a career.

Most active digs intentionally leave certain areas undisturbed to account for future digs that may have more advanced methods and/or technologies.

not really a matter of belief...... there is clear evidence of intelligent advanced civilizations 10K years ago.

How advanced?

Humans have been on Earth for about 300,000 years, so that is the time frame to which you are limited. It depends upon your definition of "ancient" as to whether there were ancient civilizations. Is the Roman Empire "ancient" enough? What about ancient Egypt. Those were certainly civilizations. They existed. "Belief" can be a different issue altogether.

I believe there are earlier civilizations than those 2. The earliest civilizations are underwater now tho, so it makes them tougher to prove.

The first civilization could've been 20k years ago or even 50k years ago. It's all shades of gray anywhere depending on where u draw the line of what qualifies as a civilization

If you had shoes made of straw, would you wear them while walking through mud/wet sand? Because that's the only spots that they would have a chance to leave a footprint that could fossilize

Scientists have tracked the DNA from a single woman who lived 200K years ago and refer to her as "Mitochondrial Eve" Her mtDNA (A source of DNA that comes solely from your biological mother) leads them to believe she is the most recent living woman thru whom all humans born since descend in an unbroken line of her mtDNA. Its complicated, but this by no means says she is actually Eve. What it does indicate, is that around that time, there was a DNA bottleneck, likely caused by a catastrophic event large enough to erase the blackboard if you will of human DNA history.

If this is indeed true, it would of course have wiped out any chance of current technology discovering the existence of humans (or at least DNA proof) before that point in time.

So, yeah assuming this is indeed factual, there is a good chance humans in their current form existed before then.

There is evidence of mines in South Africa that are 400k years old.

The pyramids in Egypt could not have been built by bronze age people with bronze age tools.

The Sphinx has evidence of water erosion and the last time that area was wet enough to make do that was at least 12k years ago. I personally think the water erosion came from a massive flood 6500 to 12k years ago.

Not a single mummy, pharaoh, or tomb has been discovered inside a pyramid… EVER.

What’s also never been seen inside any of the pyramid’s tunnels or chambers is any sign of smoke or soot… meaning they did not use torches or fire for lighting inside the pyramids.

The most plausible theory is that the pyramids were in fact actually power plants and that the ancient Egyptians had wireless electricity.
