I went to Epcot for a day trip pit-stop last Thanksgiving, went cheap tickets since it was three adults killing some time, and thought the exact same.
The wait time didn't bother me, it was the hypocrisy of Disney's "we're all one world together" theme....unless your poor.
I am glad my involvement with Disney ended with Toy Story 3 and the hiring Bryan Harsin.

They no longer give out DAS passes for physical conditions. Has to be a mental issue of some sort that truly prevents someone from waiting in lines.

This. My family was a master at the fast pass system.A couple people do a little extra hustle and everyone has a great day. Now cost for each lane? Nope. We are now doing a theme park tour of the US instead. Pretty sure mom said they are selling the Otlando condo now.

That is an example of wasteful spending, and is completely consistent with my statement. Most people are poor because of their own habits, such as buying something completely unnecessary like Lightning Lanes on a Disney vacation. Going on a vacation may be considered wasteful to some, and I'm sure there are people who go into debt to go to Disney World, but that is not the norm.

Yes Disney is expensive … but no way you spent that much less on what you described . Unless you eating sandwiches and fast food value meals … we like to eat good on vacation

These always make me laugh. Never going to Disney again. Prices going up, lightening lane too expensive...

I saw where some cruise ships now sell a fast pass type of package. Faster getting on and off at ports, etc.
