I did Holland America to Alaska and it was pretty solid. Very little trash element.

Carnival is the Wal Mart of cruise lines.

There are some nice ones that aren't that bad. I've always wanted to try a singles cruise I bet that's pretty fun

what would you do if you weren't gay, you were single and you didn't know it was a gay cruise until the ship left port?

I have to appreciate the way the title is worded with the dramatic effect seen with environmental protection advertisements and what not

Guess if you still decide to go they are going to leave the real fun of the offboarding process for a surprise

I’ve got a lot of issues with cruises but the cruise ship being ugly or unimpressive isn’t usually one of them.

Depart at first port of call that has a flight back home.

Hope the smell of Astroglide and feces doesn't overwhelm in the meantime.

First one is Cozumel. My wife talked me into going on Carnival’s Walmart of the Seas. Never again.

You’re dumbass. You must not like people or just retarded. When a cruise ship has 3000 rooms there are going be atleast 3000 people

Do coke and party. Make the best of the situation. Those dudes aren't into Baws anyway.

I’ve been on 1 carnival cruise and I never saw crowds like pics 2 or 4. I had a great time.

BearsFan Most people on this board are familiar with Caribbean cruises, which are fairly cheap so they attract the masses. I could understand how much of what is said on here about those cruises is probably true.

Definitely true. Lots of ignorant responses from people that think carnival is the only cruise line.

High end cruises on the other hand are supposed to be awesome (I have never actually been on one). Destinations like Alaska, European River cruises, Hawaii, and Mediterranean are all supposedly so expensive that it prices out the outlandish behavior for the most part.

There are tons of cruise options. The right ones are a great way to see some incredible places in one trip. There are also tons of cruises that aren’t crowded, they just cost a a lot of money.

It’s not my favorite way to travel, but I am fortunate to have seen tons of places from going on cruises.

They are also a good way to get a bunch of people together for a vacation. We went on one that our family, and an Irish family made up 20% of the passengers. We partied together the whole time, it was awesome.

I used to detest the idea of cruises. Went on a carnival and had fun. It felt like I was in a dollar general store and got swept up by a Walmart, then sent to sea.

Having a good time on the terrible Carnival ship made me think I would actually enjoy a higher end cruise.

I would be stressed out about all of the choices I had to make...among all of the high-quality drugs available.
