Y’all are going on the wrong cruises. There are some nice ones out there.

You guys need to find a cruise line that doesn't dock in NOLA.

That’s cute but the difference is, I don’t really work at Burger King and you really are a teacher.

Go to your typical Mardi Gras parade and look around at the crowd around you. Now imagine being stuck with a couple thousand of them on a boat for a week.

For me, no thanks.

I LOL at the folks who will swear they'd never do a cruise because of the crowds, etc. yet have no problem staying on the 12th floor of a beach condo jammed up next to 10 other similar sized condos, where you have to be out on the beach by 8 AM to get a decent place to sit, you have to drive 15 minutes to go wait an hour and a half to eat at some cheesy seafood buffet, and you have to go hunt for groceries and beer at an overflowing Walmart or Publix.

Cruise ships are filled with people? I would have never guessed.

Looks exactly like the pool area of every condo building from Gulf shores to Panama City Beach.

I’m not reading through this. Not all cruises are the same. It’s pretty easy to figure out

Go on a 3-4 day carnival booze cruise and that’s what you’ll see. Take a 7 day off season cruise on a more classy cruise line and they are pretty good. Even one out of New Orleans.

New Orleans has Royal Caribbean and Norwegian that are legit at that price point.

Are Eastern Caribbean cruises inherently better than Western Caribbean cruises?

After my last time share presentation, I got a free certificate for two, on a carnival cruise for 3, 4 or 5 days. Just have to pay taxes and port charges. It’s gonna be fun!

I’ve never sailed out of NOLA but may go out of Mobile again. Haven’t decided yet.

What departure port would y’all recommend?

You're an a-hole and terrible poster, though, so there's this.

Never understood the appeal. I'll take a bad add city vacation or even an all inclusive resort
