Exactly right. I wonder when these high prices are going to drag down the rest of the economy. People tend to not be able to splurge on luxury items and vacations when it is all going to food and gas.

With honesty in a response, how much should this cost

$29 which is what it would cost pre covid

I want to know the name of the restaurant you went to becuase I highly doubt that 2 adult meals, 2 kids meals, drinks, tax, and tip could be found for $29 at a sit down restaurant. Unless you're eating an app as your meal and only drinking water.

Yep, a round of adult beverages for the old lady (no pics,) and an appetizer burns past that

It’s going to get worse as long as stupid people elect politicians that spend money we don’t have.

As a matter of fact, just spent $222 before tip for lunch for the wife and me in New York. Really nice place, but seriously, that $100 too much. Rezdora is the restaurant

I've heard from restaurant workers that the church crowd are among the worst tippers.

I know a lady that is a holy roller southern baptist nut. She would tell us God only asked for 10% and she wasn't going to tip 10% to a waitress, she tipped 5% and said that was enough.

She would also that lady that bitched at the photo counter when her pictures didn't come out... she would make them refund her for every damn picture that wasn't perfect. I worked at grocery stores in high school and college and this lady would be the nicest person in church and a demon out in public.

Pretty solid reasoning imo. Why should a waiter receive damn near 1/4 of your tab? Makes no sense.

That still seems insanely cheap.

Did no one read in the OP that it was freaking Backyard Burger? $10/person, especially with 2 kids meals, for fast food is pretty high

Just checking...did any of your family have anything to drink with your meals or did everyone eat their meal dry?

This is how they locked us down without a mandate. Hell with this.

Why don't we take all liberals, and dump'em to the bottom of the sea...

My well drinks cost $15-18 a piece. Honest to God cocktails cost $20-23. Thank goodness my customers are billionaires, or else I wouldn't be able to sell a damn thing.
