you're an idiot. Not once did I advertise anything about the military. Buck nuts mentioned it for some reason, so I decided to screw with him. It was pretty obvious. But Not you I suppose

from behind the counter also tells me she didn't yell directly at the kid, but probably the parents about the kid. I haven't read the article but it seems they created the title in order to draw more clicks.

Are you people missing the part where she yelled from BEHIND the counter? She didn't get in the kid's face and upset it. She yelled from across the room.

I did, in fact, miss this part. I thought she had slapped the table in front of the kid and yelled directly at it.

No problem with what she did now that I know this.

although were the people sitting at the counter?

No one knows, no one knows how long or loud the kid was acting out.

I understand that sentiment, I do, which is why my wife and I don't go to dinner a lot and if we do its usually Mexican where its noisy anyway and fast. But if you yell at my child, I'm going to frick you up.

Congrats on being a shite parent.

I don't have a toddler but I'd punch Rex in the face anyway.

These parents sound like the shitty ones in this situation. They wouldn't let the child have the food, refused to leave when asked, then get pissed at the owner for screaming at the child?

I'm on my phone so I couldn't watch the video. Was there something that I missed that makes the owner of the diner a terrible person?

It's understandable that children cry in public, but parents need to know when enough is enough and bring the child outside. No one wants to hear a screaming child while they're dining out, especially when the parents don't try to do anything to stop it.

This.

I think non parents understand that parents can't always keep their kid silent, especially when they are little. But sometimes parents need to realize they need to leave a place if their child is misbehaving. Its just respect for other people.

unfortunately many parents don't know this or behave this way. I think they actually cannot hear their kid screaming.

Either that or they're used to the screaming and just don't GAF.

I can't stand the parents that think everything their badass kid does is "cute". Your child is running through a store carrying something that they took off the shelf and is knocking people down. It's not fricking cute.

couple of things...

The parents sound like inconsiderate assholes who do not want to adjust their lifestyle since becoming parents. From the video the owner seems like a loudmouth bitch who probably doesn't like kids very much in general(not that the later necessarily means the former). Put them together and you get this story. Not sure why she just wouldn't just DEMAND the parents leave like most adults probably would.

I 100 percent blame the parents in this story, but the chick could've probably handled it better.

Yea if a little kid is crying in an airplane and the parents are doing everything they can but he won't stop then I have no problem with it. However, if you're allowing your kid to kick and push the back of my seat that's where I get pissed.

The store owner shouldn't have yelled at the kid, would've rather seen her punch the stupid parents. These horrible parents are beyond dumb, who would post that on the Internet? Are they not smart enough to realize most people will see them as the root cause of the problem? I have a toddler and my wife or I would've taken the kid to the car and the other would've gotten the food to go and checked out.

Maybe if I shrug my shoulders and move around my hands like this, maybe people will think I know what I'm talking about.

Instant "MAKE IT ABOUT ME" post aside: If your kid is screaming for more than 1-2 minutes in a restaurant, no one should have to tell you to bring them the frick outside and calm them down. If they don't calm down then you should have the dignity and respect for all around you to leave. You chose to have the kid. When it becomes a burden on the people around you, it is not their fault, it is yours. They have a right to be annoyed.

If you do what you should and raise your children correctly, no one will have to scream at your shitty kid. If someone is yelling at your kid, the overwhelming majority of the time it is because they have given you multiple chances to be a parent, not just some mouth breather who did not have the presence of mind to pull out and now has to put up with this situation for 18 years.

Just watched the video

1. That owner is nuttier than squirrel shite.

2. Holy fricking batwings I'll never slack off on triceps again!

My kids used to act like wild hyenas at home but they damn well knew how to act in public. Those parents sound shitty.

It is amazing how some parents have a sense of entitlement - that patrons aren't annoyed by the special wailings of their brat.
